Responsibilities:

- Verify Identification and age requirements of customers

- Speak to and sell merchandise in the store

Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will facilitate ongoing account relationships and increasing sales within our existing portfolio of accounts by processing weekly orders, providing personalized attention and timely responses, and creating organized processes.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with Brew Gentlemen’s portfolio of wholesale accounts via telephone, email, text, or in person to initiate, receive, and track weekly orders and to provide support and information on Brew Gentlemen products and services
- Uses knowledge of Brew Gentlemen processes and products to answer inquiries and consults with the appropriate staff when needed to provide accurate information
- Asks intentional questions to gain feedback to inform management’s decision making and strategy, when needed and appropriate
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner to resolve errors and customer concerns
- Maintains account universe across platforms including detailed records of interactions, conversations, inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and preferences
- Be attentive and considerate of communication and workflow between sales, production, and warehouse staff
- Work closely with operations to ensure a customer-centric approach to weekly order cycle and maintain an organized distribution schedule
- Increase sales through existing portfolio by giving personalized attention, flagging account needs, and identifying opportunities for growth to share with sales team

Delivery Driver

Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver assists in the logistical operations of moving beer and delivering to wholesale customers under general supervision of the Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare delivery loadouts in coordination with the Production Manager and Packaging Technician.
Maintain a positive and professional image, rotate stock, and provide overall excellent customer service with accounts
- Resolve concerns, issues, and questions at accounts and communicate those to the Production Manager
- Utilize company assets (phone, vehicle, etc.) to deliver finished products to wholesale customers in a timely manner. This includes keeping the delivery vehicles clean and fueled.
- Accurate record keeping to include, but not limited to: number of stops, invoices, COD and invoice payments, keg returns, and other transactions at accounts
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse in coordination with the Head Brewer and Production Manager.
Skills:

Administrative Assistant

Summary: The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the BG team by performing a variety of tasks related to communication, clerical procedures, and cross-organizational support.
Responsibilities:
Communication
- Make, answer, and record phone calls.
- Prepare agendas, logistics, and reports for meetings
- Update company calendars
- Pickup and sort physical mail
- Sort, organize, response to and resolve inquiries and questions through company inbox
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients at our physical location as needed.
Clerical Procedures
- Maintain filing systems (digital and hard copy).
- Retrieve information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries when needed.
- Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.
- Record and distribute minutes or other records for meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintain a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash.
- Process deposits and checks

Organizational Support
- Update and organize technology needs with BG Tech Suite
- Update project checklists as needed (daily, weekly)

Education:

Packaging Technician

Job Summary:
The Packaging Technician is the primary operator of equipment in the packaging of canned and kegged beer and assists in the logistical operations of distribution to wholesale customers, under general supervision of the Head Brewer.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the packaging line is always ready to run and maintains excellent sanitation of all packaging areas and peripheral things, including all associated documents and checklists
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment in the packaging of canned and kegged beer, to include basic operation of all supporting equipment
- Supports quality assurance and control initiatives under supervision of the Head Brewer
- Stack, prepare, and coordinate the movement of all finished products to cold storage in coordination with other members of the Production Team
- Assist Production Team in warehouse cleaning and projects
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head Brewer
Skills:

Work environment
While the job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that processes can be completed on time and error-free, our brewhouse is fast paced. The demands of the job are rapidly changing as we scale production to meet our current market demand. You will actively be asking to inform and build processes and systems, in addition to executing existing SOP’s.
Based in the historic steel town of Braddock, twenty minutes east of downtown Pittsburgh, along the Monongahela River. Located in a renovated electrical supply storefront and warehouse in the shadow of the still-operating Edgar Thomson Works, the first Bessemer steel plant built by Andrew Carnegie.
