We have been graciously invited back to the Hartwood Restaurant in Glenshaw for another beer dinner on Tuesday, September 11th. We had an excellent time at our last dinner with Hartwood, and are extremely excited to work with them again.
Although the last dinner we did there was in conjunction with Milkman Brewing, this time around we’ll be flying solo. And the menu (the chef himself noted that he had “lost his mind this time”) looks absolutely incredible:
1st Course – Foie Gras and Sweet Potato Pierogi with Sweet Glazed Shrimp, Kim Chi, and Bok Choy / White Sky
2nd Course – Melon Balls Wrapped in Prosciutto with Thai Basil / Beer Cocktail – a palate-cleansing and refreshing blend of Brew Gentlemen beer, Boyd & Blair vodka, lemon concentrate, and ice.
3rd Course – Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Raspberry Ketchup and Pork Rillette with Fig Jam / General Braddock’s IPA
4th Course – Housemade Chocolate Pretzel Tart with Seasonal Berries / Chef’s own homebrewed Java Stout
Seating is extremely limited (as the dining room is located in a repurposed old bookstore). Reservations are required and can be made at (412)-767-3500. The event is $40 per person.
