FOOD AT THE TAPROOM
While we do not have an in-house kitchen, our lineup of mobile vendors provides a food option during regular taproom hours for both our customers and residents of the census-designated food desert of Braddock, PA. Outside food is always welcome.
OUR MOBILE FOOD PARTNERS
A local favorite among Braddock residents and Brew Gentlemen regulars, Gyros N’at prepares traditional gyros along with a selection of vegetarian and Mediterranean items for both lunch and dinner.
The Pub Chip Shop truck is the rolling unit of a brick and mortar by the same name in Pittsburgh’s South side neighborhood. The shop runs a full Scottish bakery and the truck menu plays similar comfort food hits including: fish and chips, Scotch eggs, thai chili tacos, and mac and cheese.
Brassero Grill prepares simple, healthy Mexican dishes. The menu features charcoal-grilled steak, chicken and chorizo burritos, tacos, and quesadillas along with scratch-made guacamole and salsas.
Blue Sparrow incorporates ingredients from around the globe into classic street food dishes including street tacos and a ramen burger. They’re big on making things from scratch, which includes baking all their own bread and pickling and fermenting vegetables.
In Mexican cuisine, a torta is a sandwich made with a crusty bread roll, served hot or cold. This truck consistently features a variety of proteins on their delicious bread as well as vegetarian-friendly options.
Blowfish BBQ consistently makes the “best of” lists for BBQ in the Pittsburgh area. Hootie smokes pork shoulder, ribs, brisket, and chicken for up to 16 hours over cherry and hickory wood in his 84-inch smoker. Sides of mac and cheese and coleslaw round out the menu.
