What's going on here?

We are a brewery, we make all of our own beer in our brewhouse, and we have a taproom where you can come drink all of that beer.

Where is the brewery located?

Our brewing facility and taproom are located at 512 Braddock Ave., Braddock, PA 15104. For those familiar with the area, it’s across the street from the former site of Braddock Hospital.


What are the taproom hours?

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday: 5pm - 10pm

Thursday: 5pm - 10pm

Friday: 5pm - 10pm

Saturday: 12pm - 10pm

Sunday: 12pm - 6pm


Is the beer made on-site?

All of our beer sold in our taproom is made under the same roof. In addition to our own products, we also offer a selection of hard ciders from Arsenal Cider in Pittsburgh, PA.

Am I able to make a reservation?

We do not offer reservations for parties of fewer than 15 guests. For parties of 15 or more, please submit a rental inquiry.


Can I rent the taproom for a private event?

Our Annex space is available to rent for groups of 15 to 60 guests. Please submit a rental inquiry.


Do you offer tours of the brewery?

We currently do not offer tours of our brewhouse.


Do you sell gift cards or merchandise?

Gift cards and merchandise are available for sale in our taproom. Shipping is not available.


What transportation options are available to and from the brewery?

The 61B bus route runs from downtown Pittsburgh to Braddock, and a stop is located just a block from our front door. Ridesharing services Uber and Lyft service the Braddock area as well.

Do you sell growlers?

We sell both 2L (½ gallon) and 750mL growlers. Our pricing for growler fills are located on our draft list.


How many growlers may I fill at a time?

Growler fills are limited to either three 2L / 64oz growlers, six 750mL / 32oz growlers, or any combination thereof (such as one 2L growler and four 750mL growlers) per person, per day. Double IPAs are limited to one 2L / 64oz growler or two 750mL / 32oz growlers.


Do you fill non-BG growlers?

We’ll fill pretty much any amber glass or stainless growler as long as they’re clean. We do not fill clear glass growlers or plastic containers.

What are the food options?

We host a rotating lineup of mobile vendors at the brewery during taproom hours. For more information about our mobile food schedule, check out our food page.


When do the food trucks arrive?

Our mobile vendors operate on their own schedules within our regular business hours. For most up-to-date information regarding food service hours, reference the individual vendors’ social media pages or our taproom Twitter account.


Can I bring in my own food?

Yep, you’re always welcome to bring in your own food.

Where can I find BG beer outside of Braddock?

Brew Gentlemen beer is available directly in our taproom in Braddock and at a limited number of restaurant and pub locations across the city.


Do you sell kegs for home use?

Kegs are not currently available for home use. For commercial keg sales, contact us via email.


How do I get Brew Gentlemen on tap at my bar?

While our current ability to distribute is very limited, shoot us an email and we’ll get you onto the waitlist.


How do I make a donation request?

At this time, we are not accepting any new donation requests beyond the organizations we are already partnered with.


How do I get Brew Gentlemen to attend my festival or event?

We participate in very few festivals and events, but don’t hesitate to email us. If we think it’s a good fit, we’ll do our best to make it happen.
